I was contacted by NCO daily for a while about an outstanding loan. They convinced me that they could help me if i wanted to go back to school. I was told that I would have to sign and mail an agreement in to get it approved. They asked if I could put $175 down and pay $100 a month for 9 months. I agreed to that. When I received the letter it had so many other things in it that I didn't discuss that I didn't want to go through with the agreement. I never signed it or was told that it was approved.
My bank sent me a statement showing that my account is $203 overdrawn from this company. I feel like I was lied to because in the agreement it said I had to agree to an additional percentage being taken out and I told them at the time I could not afford more than what we agreed on. They too the money and I cannot contact the account manager to discuss why they took the money after we did not have an agreement that we both were satisfied with. They withdrew money out of my account with out permission and under false pretenses because they knew that the extra percentages were not a part of the original agreement...

If you did not agree to the deal, how did they get your bank account details? If you claim fraud, your bank is going to want to know the answer to that question too.
" I feel like I was lied to ..."
You probably were. These are bill collectors. They will say whatever it takes to make a collection. They probably would have agreed to any payment (over the phone) just as long as they got you to give up your bank account. Not only did they make a transaction that will be difficult to reverse, but they also got you to reset the clock on an old debt.

Well, not that I think you'll actually come back and read this but...you were scammed. NCO is one of the nastiest debt collecters there are. They particularly like to hit the military folks. They are buying these debts for pennies on the dollar and then use every shady practice known to man to collect. NEVER EVER agree to pay scum like this.

I gave them the information, the numbers for my account. It was stupid now that I think about it but the form that they wanted me to send back with all of my other personal information and income was disregarded by me. They sent another letter to me asking if I agreed to the terms of extra percentages and an unspecified amount being taken out of my account. I checked to box stating I didn't agree with it and they took the money out of my account any way.
When I called and asked why did they take the money any way after the agreement was not suppose to go through I was told they took legal actions to get the money. I went to my bank this morning explained my situation and the issue has since been clear. NCO did not have the authority to retrieve money out of my account after the proper stopping measures were taken. My account is now positive and I definitely know better now.
In my initial report I simply forgot to mention some things that had happened but in the end the bank realized what had happened understood what they did to me and made my account correct.
