Ncoportfoliomanagement the company that mails you fraudulent bills dated 10 years ago North Andover Massachusetts

i recieved a bill in the mail from a co. called f.h. cann & assoc. working for the company called nco portfolio management on the bill they call themselves the successor in interest to the franklyn mint.I've never bought anything from the mint and certainly not 10 years ago.So i called them up and spoke with a man named jon i told him that i've never bought anything fron the mint.He told me to google the nco portfolio management, so i did and the ripoff report came up.i called jon back and told him to check out the website and i would not be paying any bill,so he said ok,i'll put your account as a dispute acct.he acted like it was no big deal.he also wouldn't give me a number or any info about nco.so now i'm waiting to hear from them..
