PACIFIC MANAGEMENT Tim Adams Unlawful Threats, Summons, Lawsuit Corona , California

I got a message from my secretary at work today. I was told that a Tim Adams had called in regards to a summons that has been awaiting me.  I called the number back and spoke with Tim Adams shortly after.  He told me that there was a lawsuit that has been filed against me and that I am being sued.  He said that a settlement letter was sent to me regarding a HSBC card that I had back in '05. I of course never received this letter....he then said that if I dont give him my debit card number to pay the $2196 that I owe, then I would be served and taken to court for a lawsuit of $4696. He said that if I didnt pay today, then they will come after my assets. Car, home, bank accounts, ect. I did some research after this phone call, because there was no way I was giving me checking information to some random person who had called me out of the blue with all of these threats, and I came across many similar stories on ripoffreport.com. Now I'm furious, and there will be a lawsuit........ AGAINST THEM!!! They violated about every single consumer right imagineable!
