Palisade Collection Agency Collection Rip Off. Filed a false claim under AT&T that cant be tracked by AT&T Duluth Georgia

While serving in Iraq with the Utah National Guard, I was nearing the end of my activation, I attempted to get an apartment to move home into. I was denied the apartment because of a collection showing on my credit for AT&T through Palisade Collections. I attempted to contact the agency for the validity of the claim, but no contact information seemed to be available. I looked up the complany on the internet and found similar cases like mine of the same company with the same problems.

How fair is it that someone who volunteered to serve his country, can't even rent a 1 bedroom apartment because some scam artist filled a false claim that even if I wanted to pay off, aparently cant because they dont have any way to even contact them.
