i was refinacing my mortgage when my agent informed me of a uncollected debt that had to be paid PALISADES COLLECTION about a bill for 1355.98 that i owed. i do not have any accounts with ATT wireless and was informed that the account was closed by att wireless because they did not have a valid address or valid home phone number after they could not collect on this account it was sold to a collection agency so they wash their hands of it. now i have to fight them, palisades collections, pressler and pressler and att wireless to get my credit cleared up which by looking at this site will take months if not years.

i'm not sitting on this it's going to the states attorney office,and on every government congressmans and senators desk like it will help.this is out and out fraud now i cannot refinace till it's cleared up and by then what will be the interest rates then????
