This company palisades collection send me a letter saying i owed them 1200 or 1400 dollars and i have no idea why or what for so i looked into it and they said it was for AT&T bill.

Then on 5/4/06 they tryed to bring me to court. i never went and i got a letter saying it was dismissed without prejudice. i went the other day to get a loan and it was on my credit report. i been trying to find out how to get it off cause i really need this loan.

the only way i was able to find there number was though this site. so thank you but anyone have any idea wat i should do? does anyone think i should try bring them to court?

Hi Peter:

I have similar situation as yours. I was out of the country and I just got this week and I found a lot letters from them telling me that I owe 783.10 from AT&T back to 2003. and also I got a letter from the court of connecticut infoming I have been sued by Palisades Collection.

I send the letter that under any circunstances I will pay this amount until they give me a more details.

I got my credit report and I got fraud by 5 accounts including this one. So I ask them to contact me and I'm still waiting

If don't get any information from them of course I will sue them.

If I were you contact with your lawyer. This company has so many customers complaints.
