I closed my Macy's account a while back. then a few months later a collections agent called me to inform me that i owe $250. i refused to pay because I closed the account already... i feel it was not my fault that the Dept store didnt close my account. I also sent them a dispute letter.

Now i am buying a new home and my there are conditions upon my closing and that is to pay the outstanding debt to Palisades... i feel i do not owe them anything. There is also another debt from of course palisades for $1089. i dont not know anything about this... i have to investigate further to find out
