Portfolio Recovery Collectors of Written Off Debts Las Vegas, Nevada

These people have been trying to collect a debt for the last 2 years, for an account I never had.  They insist it's mine because the name is almost the same as mine.  They've been calling ever since I bought my house, funny on the timing....I have asked them to provide proof of the ORIGINAL debt, which they have not.  My wife told them many times that phone numbers they are calling are all in her name and unlisted(truth) and she does not owe any debt. 

Nor was she married to me when this debt supposedly happened in the first place, sometime back in 1990???  They stopped calling for a few months.  Few weeks ago I receive a letter in the mail stating that I owe this Kay Jewelers credit card account over $3K.  I never had a Kay Jewelers Friggin account, and the name is spelled wrong and it's not me.....here we go again.
