Dont be ripped off by Ranger Financial, These guys will pull a fast one. Communications South West in Arizona was contacted by Mike Vela Jan 20 2011 for 7 day no cost collection 25%. They had made numerous attempts to settle a jugment we had against All over Towing in AZ for $51,000. They low balled the settlement over and over for $15000. We later found out they backed All Over towing in settleing  for 30,000 without our final approval. Ranger pulled a fast one and got them to wire funds of 30k  in their bank and kept the money. We asked for them to release the money and they refused . Last we heard 6 weeks later in they will not release because it is in investigations. Well known liars, they will also tell you they have a investigater in your area. We have filed a complaint in Texas and Arizona. Ranger is not bonded/licensed in the state of  Arizona and faces class one misdemeanor charges 32-1056,32-1024,32-1001, 321057 and 32-1055
