I recieved a bill from RJM Acquisition for 127.76.I contacted the company they said i owed 127.76 from a fingerhut account dated in 1996.I was going to pay them until i read other people complaining about the same things. Statue of Limitation !

Derogatory items fall off your credit report after 7 years from the last transaction but if the debt it valid, the creditor may still pursue collection. If you pay the debt, the information will appear on your credit report for 7 years from the payment date.
