Rec'd bill from RJM, in NY stating they are a collection agency for a debt owed to a bank. This account, they insist we owe $ for, was closed and satisfied previously but RJM insists we owe anywhere from $100 to $350 to them for a debt that does not exist.

The name on the invoice is not the correct one.

We want to preserve a healthy credit rating. Any assistance will be greatly appreciated.
