Ms. Williams, you employ several individuals within your company that are very inconsiderate, like to hang up on ppl for no reason, only because I become rude after they become rude with me. Ed Sykes (If that is his real name) is the only one who even approached my issue in a civil manner.  Ask him about the recordings, and the guy that called me a deadbeat.....really? LAWSUIT!!!! Isnt that against the law?

I asked to speak with you, because your voicemail for the last 4 months has been full, but was told that you were at a debt collection convention and wont be back for 2 weeks. Seriously? You run a multi-million dollar company, or so I was told, because you prey on the weak, and you prey on those who are unwilling or unable to fight back. And yet you have only been open for less then 2 years. How is that possible? How can you run a company that uses scare tactics to force people to pay? Please feel free to contact me about this issue, because for some reason, no one can get ahold of you.
