I need some help on how to fight this Scott Lowery Office, there very suspect to me. They call me saying I owe them $2000 from a laptop loan I recieved 5 years ago from MBNA(I just graduated high school) MBNA wrote it off in 2005 as bad debt. They called me 5 days later saying that it was $2,885 now. They said its in arbitration, I read that their can be a way to have this dismissed in court or pay what they paid for the debt from mbna(3cents on the dollar).

What is the process to do this, Im only 23 and just fgraduated college, and dont want to have this hanging over me
What steps should I take?
