Received a call about an account that is over 10 years old and was taken care of at least that long ago.  Won't accept any verification of payoff.  Refuse to send anything in the mail to verify debt.  Won't provide account information they show.

Extremely unproffesionial employees who hang up on you for even speaking.  When you do get someone who doesn't hang up on you, they are very vulgar, rude and incosiderate.

Preparing to file Expired Sttatute of Limitations Letter with the company via Certified Mail, Return Receipt Requested since they refuse to accept any verification.
