I went online to find a Personal Loan and applied with Southfield Financial Group, I received a call from Frank Stanford about being approved for a Personal Loan in the amount of $10,000, however due to my credit history, I would need five (5) months Collateral in the amount of $1519.45 to secure the loan...So, I called back the next day and got all the instructions on how to wire the funds and what all I needed to proceed, with this Company, I went online and checked them out with www.bbb.com and they had no compliants, so I proceeded with the wire transfers at 11AM EST, and was told everything was fine the funds would be deposited into my account within 24 hours...By 6PM EST I received a call from the infamous Jason Towers with the same bit as everyone else, that the Lender backed out and they would need an additional $1519 in order to secure the loan...So, at this point I requested for the funds to be refunded back ASAP, however he advised that the Lender has a cycle and the funds will be refunded back on 07/03/2006, now to date (07/05/06), I have not seen any funds deposited back into my account...We can not let these people get away with this, we have all worked hard for our money and they are properly sitting around reading these reports but believe we will prosper...I have filed a dispute with the Better Business Bureau, also the FBI has a site that this can be handled thru...Contact your Atty. Generals Office also...WE WILL WIN!!!!
