Sterling United - Sterling & King - Sterling And King Collections their unable to collect money and invoiced us 35% of principle debt Cumming Georgia

Spoke to Robin with sterling & king about our troubling debts. most under $3,000, she was sure she would collect the debts. she told me (which made sense) I have nothing to lose, No collections, No costs. I was very excited about the answer to our collections.

I immediately started by forwarding the most troubling ones. not sure if they were going to be able to collect, I requested her to look over the contracts for the principle collection amounts and her ability to authenticate the debts with what I provided to her. No problem, just sign our contract and watch for the money in the mail.

Great, I signed and faxed back. the next day I reviewed the documents and realized the was not as cut and dry as I originally thought. I called her back and canceled then followed it up in writing and faxed it to her. she faxed me back about a week later an Invoice for 35% of $5,700.00. What????

the next week I called her and she gave me excuses on why she could not collect several other debts. then followed those up with more similar invoices.

What happened to No collections, No costs? this is now being advertised on their web site as well under "our fees". False advertising?
