Stuart Allen And Associates REFUSED TO FOLLOW FAIR DEBT COLLECTION PRACTICES DESPITE LETTER Tuscon Arizona

We received a letter from this company demanding payment of a debt. I went online and found a great cache of letters . A letter sent requesting validation of the debt,no phone contact, only written contact.

The letter was received by the office via USPS registered letter and then 3 days later I get a phone call from a collector with the company. I mentioned the letter, she said she knew nothing about it. I told her it was received by her company and part of the letter demanded no more phone calls of any type. SHe said " I don't care and I'm going to sue you guys". I don't think I can write my response.

I did turn over alkl the information, to the attorney , plus I requested a phone record from our phone carrier.
