These are collectors and junk debt buyers, they buy very old debts for a penny or less on the dollar with little or no supporting documentation to validate, and collect from the RIGHT party.

These collectors do not have the common sense to know that people change phone numbers, and that phone #'s are not assigned to a specific address. This is beyond the comprehension of these 8th grade dropout crackheads.

Just send a CEASE COMMUNICATION request to them as per your rights under the FDCPA. Do not give them any personal info, and do not sign the letter, just print. Just list your phone number and tell them that all calls must cease immediately or they get sued.

Send the letter by certified mail, return reciept requested. Put the certified # on the letter itself, and keep a copy for your records.
