I was put on a payment plan for a settlement by the united collections bureau. I was deaing with a man named Bill Incontro. I wasnt able to afforedmy $568 payment b/c of something that happened in my life. when i tried to explain to this rude fuck why i didnt pay, he proceeded to call me pathetic, immarure, un responisble, even a waste of life!!!!!!!! i was appauled!! he threated me thathe would send my pathetic life to court n goes is that what u want little girl? he proceed to talk down to me and insullte me more then my worst enuimy would! so i hung up on him! he called me back immeditly and i answered saying "im sorry i hung up on you but i refuse to be spoken to in that manner" n he goes well listen to me you low life, you need someone to speek to you like this! your pathetic, you cant manage to be responsible enough to pay your bills. then he proceeds to ask me how i got into debt and i begin explaining that my boyfriend dies and i lost my job all within 2 month, and i was despressed with no money and racked my credit cards up to $7500. he goes :oo come on, that was the most pathetic excuse anyone has ever told me. Im sick of your excuse either pay or go to court! and if you go it court its gonna cost you $4000 so you might as well pay the $1800 you owe! ya know you kids these days have no sense of responsibitly, your an imbaressment to this society. your pathetic!" At that point i proceeded to say "go fuck yourself, Ill c you in court!" n hung up! he proceed to call back and harass me some more but i didnt answer. then i called the main office 1-877-387-3453 and spoke to someone that said she would file a report about this. who knows if she will. She was much nicer and apologized to me and said that is not how they run their company. so i will be dealing with her from now on! hopefully she wont go apeshit on me as well! BILL INCONTRO is a pthetic fat misreble old man, and im sorry if your asre misreble n lonley bu7t you aint gettin a dollar of my money talking to me like that!! FUCK UCB!! they make it seem like i WANT to be in debt! and like im not trying my hardest to be responsible and take care of it finally! when is obama gonna help people like me out! this is what our collection agencies do know! not only do they haress you with phone calls. they verbally harass you to scare youinto paying your money! I refuse to deal wiith a company that would hire someone as inconsiderate as him!
