Unifund has caused their attorney to file suit against me. When I initially received a demand letter stating that I owed them money. The only problem is that the account is over 15 years old. I sent them a letter disputing the validity of the account to which they replied and said they would gather proof and send it to me. They did not send me anything. I am looking for anyone who has had a similar situation that would be interested in forming a "class" to sue this company and give them what they deserve.
