  You may be better Declaring Bankruptcy.  Its sounds like this is the only way to gain

I am not an attorney. So you should consider bankruptcy.  Now,  I would fight them in

court and file an answer to their complaint.  Demand discovery.  Search the net

for "Debtorsboards" They are a com.  There help is free.  Tell them your story.  Most of the people on that board are in the same boat as you and can give you advise.

If its serious in the future file a complaint with attorney general of your state and the Federal Trade commission. Remember they have to harass cheat you or do something

they can not act as debt counseling service.
