Upstate Management Services LLC SSM GROUP PAYDAY LOANS Collection "CON-PANY" Williamsville, New York

I have to say I have seen some crazy tactics by collection companies and Ive heard some weird stuff come from collection companies. But this 1 takes the cake! This Con-pany is called Upstate Management Services LLC, They collect on anything that has some "value", keep in mind folks that although it is a VIOLATION OF FDCPA for a collection agency to lie, use vulgar language, not identifying themselves as collection agency; the list goes on and on....But i have to say they are slick, calling from a blocked number, "call trap" I was able to see who it was, but they let a voice-mail claiming "we are gonna serve you etc..."

So I call back the number listed "1-877-211-6661" gave some file number and they say pretty much everything under the sun! What gets me is why talk about it? I stated the facts such as: If your con-pany was gonna sue, why wait 3 years? When I asked if they were a collection agency they hung up! I call back sayn you want this "money"? Then you better get LICENSED in the State Of Florida to collect it! Never the less, no one ever came then "8 months ago" to "serve us, and the odds are super slim as to being served now!

In other words DO NOT BE AFRAID of these a** clowns, If they HAD AN IRON CLAD CASE, TRUST ME THEY WOULD'VE SUED YOU/US ALONG TIME AGO! What con-pany is going to hire attorney in another state to collect on something less that $500.00? The cost exceeds the value of the "note/debt" Now the big question was "can I get a copy of a financial agreement that states I or someone owes this alleged debt"? Nope, so with that being said why pay, if they aren't willing to prove to me that I owe them!?? LOL I love this country!

At the end of the day, this just another scare tactic to make someone pay, and if you in a consumer friendly state, and being harassed by these a**wipes, just check with your states financial bureau, they'll tell you if they are legally allowed to ATTEMPT to collect from you in your home state! As Florida, they are not even close to legal!

Now here is the proof of their bullshit getting them into trouble!

U  will see 2 cases against these idiots in FEDERAL COURT!
