They are the worst finance company ever! I fell behind on my payments for medical reasons, and they call my home about five to six times a day. I began to just ignore the calls. My two month old and I were sleep, and they called at 7:17am! I was pissed, when I called the mgr did not deny it. He said to file whatever complaint I needed to, while they are not bound by the FDCPA, I know that it has to be against the laws of that state. Another issue occurred when I made a lump sum payment to pay my account current. They posted the entire payment to the interest by mistake, and would not fix it. Now my account looks two months behind. And they are still calling. Now I just ignore the calls.
