After several weeks of daily harassment phone calls from W & A llp, I accepted a settlement agreement and received a confirmation letter that my debt is now paid in full. about one year later another collection agency contacted me about the same debt & made another settlement agreement. I had Equifax do an investigation and was told the the terms were changed---I still have a letter that says the debt was paid in full & will not pay another dime! If W & A make you a settlement agreement, don't go there it is bogus. I would like to know if they kept the money but didn't inform the original creditor. Wolpoff & Abramson are greedy b*st*rds and liers
