Beware of doing business with Alana Trubitz. She does not respect company policies, is aggressive, and a very angry person. Because of her hostility, she behaves unethically and damaging while interacting, exchanging products, services for payment. Other businesses beware!

This posting came the
same day I filed a better business bureau complaint about an online company,
DigiResources (aka DigitalGiftStore.com). They obviously googled my
linkedin.com account to get information about me and posted this out of anger.
I do expect high quality of costumer service and after having issue with
this company I exposed them for poor service. That they would counteract my
post about professional service issue with a personal attack is a further
example of how unprofessional this company is.
I called to confirm,
prior to purchasing that an item was in stock and to confirm that they were not
just a distributor, but physically had the item in stock. I was told they physically have the
item in stock, so I placed my order trusting in the information provided on the
call. Needless to say, they were
dishonest in their answer and I was left in a real bind without a gift for a major
event.
Please note below my
BBB complaint and do not use this company:
AWFUL! After confirming in-house stock of
my item to be ordered through a phone call, I ordered a watch winder as a gift
the Digital Gift Store (AKA DigitalGiftStore.com) on Tuesday morning 10/20 with
a note saying it is gift and MUST be delivered by 10/30. The website clearly
noted there were 10 items in stock at the time I placed the order. They
wrote back twice asking for my pone number and CVV, which, were correct on the
original order form. When asked about the shipping timeline for a California
recipient I was told, "This order is shipping from California and should
reach the gift recipient very quickly." On Friday 10/23 at 5:45 pm
DigitalGiftStore.com called to say the item was not in stock.
Calling Friday after
business close left me in a major bind, I cannot get this product
locally. I cannot get it to the recipient on time without expedited
shipping costs since weekend orders are shipped till Monday or Tuesday and I
need it by Friday. They offered no alternative solutions. I am livid that
they can get away with a blatant lie on the website about their
inventory. Apparently, DigitalGiftStore.com does not have any inventory
on hand; it all comes from other distributors. As of 10/28 they still say 10
items available for this product. Do not use this front of a nonline
store.

Bottom line - Alana Trubitz must have more troubles than just me. She has posted a long winded rebuttal about some company she ordered something out of stock. Obviously she has more trouble than with just me. This is not surprising from someone so angry, to actually not even be able to keep who she has done business and been rude to straight. Not sure what else to say except that I do not recommend doing business with Alana Trubitz!
