I decided the accredited UOP program was the way to finish my graduate education. This will take 3 reports to cover all the mess that I encountered. First, someone stole my ATM card and I was in the red for a week. It was returned, but I had to live on La Panera Bread, bean sprouts and some other things from my cupboard mostly for a week.  The financial advisor says he has no idea how someone got my ATM card and pin, but it was stated to be a UOP fee. I'm not sure if 19 other follow up phony fees from other odd companies are related but the bank had to cancel my ATM and is still following through to have over $300 more returned.
