Not much of a surprise, but I expereinced similar if not exact concerns with the so called school Ashworth college that is noted on this website.
There needs to be a class action suit engaged to shut this place down and at least get our tuition monies returned.
They are rude and the services is a joke. I had my account sent to collections because I refused to pay anther dime for a worthless education. I have since enrolled in an adult education degree program here in my city and so far so good. The bad thing no college credit to transfer to the business management program that I EARNED from Ashworth.
Oh yea. Still waiting on a school "transcript".

According to the U.S. Department of Education, Ashworth is accredited. You can check for yourself at http://www.ope.ed.gov/accreditation/Search.asp

Ashworth college is Nationally Accredited for Distance Learning Programs. If you choose to transfer to another nationally accredited program you will normally receive credit for the classes you took at Ashworth.
It is not, however, regionally accredited in most areas. Most brick and mortar campuses or state schools require your previous learning institution be regionally accredited in order to accept the credits earned.
