This school should be reported to the BBB. I asked way before the deadline for registar to drop me from my classes which was in the fall of 2006. I noticed several problems with counselor availability and problems with liberty universitys testing materials online in just a few days of enrollment.

Please review the documentation that i have supplied with this email. I have confirmation from a Mendy Clark who explained to me that it was taken care of the withdrawal. This was way before the deadline of october 22 as registration had a copy of this submission. Again- sorry it took so long but i had to contact the technology dept at the school to supply me these records to prove my case. This school also was suppose to withdraw me from the one other course as well. The balance was suppose to be returned back to my student loan, and so I do not owe them a dime for this. IF they did not take care of it then its their problem, as I was arguing with a kyle west on the phone in fall of 2007. As I said i have documenation, as well as another email corrospondence with them asking them even in september to withdraw me from courses and the university as a whole. The school is not accredited and leaves out important details to students that it is not CACREp certified which basically means the programs credential is useless in other states such as New Jersey. What hurts the most is this school prides on faith and responsibility. Something its own admistrators can not provide to their students. I put my faith in my counselor and registration to withdraw me instead they charged me. Here i thought it was taken care and now 2 yrs later I found out that it was not. Thank god. I saved all the documentation and technology was able to scower and open up my old email address. The emails that I saved for several yrs came in handy. Which clearly state with my own consent and letters to the admistration to withdraw me. The post mark date is clearly visible in the emails and well before the semester deadline to withdraw.

I expressed my disatisfaction from the start about withdrawing, and if anything I should consult an attorney against them for harassing me for this money that they think I owe them. Secondly, 11,000 is not correct. Once course alone is about 4,000 the most, and again if you wanted to just count the other class that would not make the loan I owe a correct amount. Please review this and if possible can someone notify the school that If they do not correct this submission I will contact an attorney against them.
