I wanted to send the money but they said it had to be a valid Credit card so I said okay. 1.98 for the cd was not bad. So I did it.. Then I decided that I didn't want to do it and called them back two days later. I called from a pay phone as my cell was lost, and the lady was rude and told me that I had already accepted the terms and conditions, and that I had to wait until I got the cd, and tried it for 7 days.

I told her that I didn't want it, and she said that I had to wait. I told her no that I wanted it canceled. She said ma'am I can't help you. I told her that I wanted to speak with her supervisor. She said there was not any that it was a call center in Manilla. I told her to cancel the payment and not send the cd. About a month later, I got the cd anyway, went to my bank statement and saw that it had been charged $69.95.

Again, I called, and spoke with someone and again was told that I had agreed to the terms and that they had no record of me calling in. I again asked to speak to a manager and was told no one was available. I got irate and demanded to speak to a manager. Was put on hold and then they hung up.

TODAY I find that after only 28 days, I have yet been charged again another $69.99. I called the bank and they told me to contact the company and try to resolve it first before making a claim. I called again, spoke with Kate, who would not give me her employee #, saying they had none. I tried to explain the situation and she again told me as the others, that I was bound by my agreement. Boiling now at this point.

I demanded to speak to a supervisor, and was told they have none, and I told her every place has one, and she put me on hold and she hung up on me. Seems to be a pattern Called back, spoke with Brooke, who told me the same thing. She gave me the address in Utah, and said I was bound by the terms and I told her I had called in, and she said sorry. I told her I wanted to speak with a supervisor, and she told me they are busy.

I told her that she should go get one and she said I am sorry, there is none available. That is is a call center in the Phillipines. She said she will not refund the money because I agreed to the terms. Please beware. I will not let this drop. This is unjustice and I can't believe nothing can be done about it. I have to keep trying.
