Two months ago we purchased a software program for our Salon. The company has promised a lot and has not followed thru with the technical service we were promised and the system is not working correctly. Every time we contact the company for assistance, we are treated disrespectfully and with an attitude from the Owner! We have been belittled, and told we have no clue of what we are doing!
We asked to send everything back for a full refund so we can take our business elsewhere and they are telling us they do not do refunds and if we don't like them then too bad.
I have contacted the better business bureau in Houston Texas where the company is and am wondering if there is anything that you can do to help us recover almost $1,000 of our money.
We purchased this program to help us in our daily work and it has caused us stress beyond belief and now we are told we are out of our hard earned money.
Please let me know if you can help. The other day we called to cancel our contract, they locked our files we cannot get into them. The owner called me on salon and was threating and harrassing me, then he call my cell and called me a whore.
Today he has put FALSE comments about us and our work on web pages giving us bad reviews that are distasteful and rude.
