Magic Jack informed me of my renewal needs.  I don't have a renewal nor automatic payment set up.  I was busy for three days so I ignored the message for one week.  I was checking my banking statements and that MagicJack entered my account and took out the renewal fee without my permission.  Magic Jack has the worst customer service in the world.  I had a chat with an operator for two hours which she placed me on hold during the chat over 10 times.  Never did she try to get me the Magic Jack Plus for the advertised price of half off $34.95.  FALSE ADVERTISEMENT THEY LIED!!!!!
