Magic Jack Does not work, Support did not help, no refund on a 3 year service contract prepaid - rip off multiple, Internet

Tried Magic Jack installed fine, but the audio was echoing. Did not use much. Then when in an emergency tried to use and they wanted me to sign up again. Woulkd NOT WORK unless I signed up. Signing in did not work. Reinstalled, unplugged etc... no dice. Spent an hour on the phone with 2 live support. They just wanted to remotely access my computer after an hour. I was 9 months into a 3 year contract I had bought at their site. But no refunds. Because you could only get a refund for a 3 year service if you had a 30 day free trial and "returned" it before the 30 days was up. I had not had a free trial, but had bought the phone at Best Buy, but I bought the extended service on their website. When I asked the live support for a refund since support could not fix it they hung up on me - disconnected. CAUTION - Illegally billing for a nonservice.
