I just received my Verizon Phone bill for my home phone and it was $20 higher than normal. Upon checking there was a fee from "Member's Edge, LLC billed through ILD Teleservices! I never authorized this charge.
I phone the number on my bill, but of course it is the weekend and they are only available Monday through Friday. From what I have read online it won't do any good to just contact Verizon about this, but I can't call them until Monday either.

It doesn't pay to open your bills on the weekends! I don't understand how these billing services can bill people when they have not authorized these charges!
