Xbox, a company under Microsoft, has deprived subscribers of their $10 a month service to play on Xbox Live on the month of December 2007. During the said month, Xbox subscribers experienced service outage due to a 4 million unit sale made during the said month.

Microsoft has made no attempt to compensate ALL users who used the service. Instead they said they would give to Xbox Live GOLD subscribers a free undetermined and yet to be received Live Arcade game which some users may have already paid for.

Microsoft additionally refused to compensate me for paid time ($10 a month) when my Xbox 360 was sent into repair for THEIR hardware failure after less than a year of purchase, and did not compensate me for ALL time lost during the repair.

Additionally I (as well as many other subscribers of the $10 monthly fee) experienced "lag" between the service due to Xbox using a service known as Peer-to-Peer (P2P) in which a subscriber hosts a multiplayer match with the service and if that host or any other subscriber "lags" then the player experiences the "lag". Microsoft has made no attempt to apologize OR compensate for the P2P service and have YET to offer servers for the PAID monthly service.

Additionally Microsoft support ignored my complaint initially (the first four times contacted) and then after contacted refused to compensate for service that they admit had failed during December. Additionally between the arrogant support service they refused to compensate for the time in which the 360 was in repair and refused to compensate for the "laggy" service. They have made no attempt to satisfy me as a monthly subscriber and have ignored my requests.

In part, I demand compensation from them for what I have experienced in the amount of $50 for the following previously stated reasons:

1. The month of December paid time was lost due to server downtime.
2. Having the 360 sent into repair and losing the paid month.
3. Facing inappropriate and unacceptable support.
4. Facing "lag" using the service when having T1.
