Cilicon Solution does not pay the techs that do work for them. Do not sign up with this scam company. I am in the process of filing with the AG's office for fraud. I did work for them months ago and when I call they say that it "takes longer to run a partial payroll". They have said this for four months. I have not seen any money from them, just excuses. These are awful people.
