This is an easy rebuttal. 

1) You said you were scammed by us, yet you left no name and have no check receipt to validate your claim?  With that being said, I challenge you to produce the documentation showing that we cashed a check from you.  If we really did, then all you need to do is scan the copy and post it up here showing the company name, the bank name, check number, date, and amount.    We have never scammed anyone, and certainly never not finished a project.   I am 100% positive this information will not be produced because it is a lie from a disgruntled associate.  

2) Indeed, we are a new company, and internally we are small.  We don't claim to be big, but our techs span nationwide, which allows us to handle a lot of business.  If you read our website we clearly state on the front page, and every page that we team up with companies and techs nationwide to perform our service. 

We are insured, and our techs are insured.  Our company consists of 4 head of division partners working for NDC in Voice and Data structured cabling division,  telecom (installs/service) division, Phone Services (auditing, T1 authorized sales, equipment sales) division, and a fiber division. 

We have a "physical office" in Tampa (Google Earth the address), which is a standalone building consisting of offices and a warehouse shared with our GC (General Contractor), and an executive suite in Clearwater for NDC meetings.   We are growing at a quality rate, the phones are ringing, and business is good.  If you can't get a hold of us it's because we are working, but your call will be returned usually within an hour, and no later than 2.  I'm sorry if keeping the overhead low as a new company means we miss a call, but that's just how you grow and do so without going broke in the process. 

Again, produce the cashed check receipt with all parts legible and prove us wrong.  Furthermore, you seem to be targeting others in our area, as I found out about this posting through someone that knows you and you posted one about him a few minutes later.  For your sake, you better hope that I can't trace this post to you, because you know I have the money to lawyer up, and I plan on just that.
