Network Assurance ESBI (1888) 296-3724 Some how got my personal information ans was able to bill my husband's telephone through VERIZON $14.99 for the past 4 months without his permission. I am angry at VERIZON! This company somehow got a hold of my husban's fax number and billed him for several months without his permision or knowledge..thanks to VERIZON which allowed this to happened! Los Angeles

This company was able to obtain our personal information, utilizing to bill my husband's fax number $14.99 for several months without him knowing it.

I contacted the company which in terms stated that they have an agreement with VERIZON which allows them to "sell products to potential customer".

I found this illegal and demoralizing when people place their trust in a company such as VERIZON, and they turn around and betrayed their customer's trust.
