I bought a treo phone which was advertised as mint.Nothing is further from the truth. I was sold a piece of junk. The only thing that worked was the phone. The buttons were loose,the screen scratched the lights flickered, no internet connection. Basically the phone is useless to me. Every time I plugged the charger in, the phone shut off. I asked for a refund and I was told there were no refunds.So I sent that phone back, only to receive one in the same. So I gave the company a negative feedback because at this point I was fed up. I wrote Mr. Tetro an e-mail to which Mr. tetro replied by threatening me. He marked the item on ebay as unpaid. He also told me that if I did not reverse that feed back I would be retaliated against. Do not buy anything from this crook. His merchandise as far as I'm concerned is garbage. I agree with Mike. These people should not run a business. I guess they forgot the term "The customer is always right". I hope Mike will be successful in removing this company from ebay.

OK, it's time to call your bluff. This is the second bogus case filed here in an effort to create some soft of conspiracy theory that tessies toys is a rip off. OK, Let me ask one question. If this latest person DID really do business with us, why does he not state his Ebay ID? Provide a valid auction # or ANY specifics to PROVE he actually did any REAL transactions with us. The other case filed my MIKE (AKA my competition, Rob Eisenberg) is the same thing. No specifics. These cases are from one and the same person. Since we are destroying him both on Ebay and with our website, he is desperately trying to invent a way to hurt us. This is a pathetic attempt to discredit us in the hopes people will see this when they do a GOOGLE search. Potential customers, I ask you simply to read our feedback. we have a 99.637% rating. Over 996 out of every 1000 people who do business with us are ecstatic! We've been on Ebay for 7 years! We have a TOTAL of like 38 negatives in ALL THAT TIME! That to over 50000 positives!! I ask you, can you get such a rating ripping people off! Then look at our website, www.tesssies-toys.com It is completely secure and professional! It speaks for itself. We have an 800 # to reach us, a physical address listed. We are registered with the BBB and anyone can easily check with them about us or call us anytime!
