I have orderd a product from "tmart" and when I go to check on my status of my order, it shows in "processing", tmart's website says that products ordered will be shipped out in one to two days.

I have tryied to contact there costemercare team via and havent gotten anywhere, my order is still in "processing", I would like to have a refund of my money if they are not going to ship my order.
