UST Developement CA Consulting Group These people purchased a $800.00 piece of equipment from my Co. and and put 2 stop payments on their checks! Ontario, California

In Feb. of 2011, This Company's CEO ordered a Samsung 6250 Color Copier, Printer, Scanner System from My company. They were supposed to pay COD, but AFTER I installed it, set it up for them, and showed them how to use it, the person who was supposed to sign the check(David Bell), left. I returned the following week and was given payment. 2 weeks later, the check was returned to my company unpaid, due to a STOP PAYMENT placed on the check. When I contacted them, they said it was a "bank error" "...not sure why" and I was told they would come by my office to replace the check. This went on for 4 days, I finally went to their office, and got a replacement check. This was early March. This replacement check was AGAIN returned unpaid due another STOP PAYMENT!!!

I drove to their office Friday, April 8, and spoke to Mr. David Bell, he promised to bring me cash, to my office on Monday. (today, April 11) by 9:15 AM. at 11:00 AM, I received a call from their office to let me know that he (David Bell) was going to bring me the payment in "a couple of hours. " At 4:00 PM we called them to find out when they were coming by. David promised again to bring it by in the next half hour. At 4:30, I called to ask where he was, He (again David Bell) told me that Darcy, (the girl who works in his office was at the bank as we spoke, and was going to be by our office any minute. By 6:00 BIG SURPRISE!!! Nobody came by.

When I tried to call again, he didn't answer his phone. They report that the equipment is working great and they love it. If this company ever requests your services, CASH ONLY. They are liars and cheats as far as I am concerned. To make matters worse, they think nothing of wasting other peoples time, by telling them, we will be there, and never show up. To date, David Bell has personally told me on 9 different occasions that he was on the way, going to take care of it, will be there in an hour, will be there before the end of the day, will have your money for you etc, etc, and NOT ONCE has he followed thru!!! My advice, tell the to call someone else, as they seem to have no intensions of paying there bills!!!
