A & Z Computers Sold me a nonfunctioning Computer for S200 and will not return my phone calls. Skokie, Illinois

I purchased a computer from A & Z on the first of January.  The dealer said, if I had any problems, contact them at 773 895 2130.  After the purchase, I was driving home and the computer would not stay on; someone told me it probably wasn't plugged in because it was on display.  When I arrived home, I plugged it up and had it charge all night.  The next day I turned it on but as soon as I took it of the cord to move around, it shut off again.  Also, 2 days later, the computer start giving me a "Fan Error" so I was no longer able to get on.  I found out on accident that if you shake the computer a little, it stops giving that error and starts working again.  In addition, I had multiple issues getting on the computer with the connection card that I purchased with the computer.  I purchased this computer prior to school so that I would be able to take notes, etc.  This computer has not only cost me money but time.  I currently have to set my hours of studying (for classes that requires internet access, etc.) around the times the college library opens instead of having the convienence of studying and doing homework for home (which was the reason for my purchase).

Since my purchase, I have called the number they provided, at least 3-4 times every week and they have yet to return any of my calls.

I hope no one ever purchases any products from this company; they are horrible!
