hello I just heard of this web-site. I'm a victim of blue hippo. it makes me sick to my stomach all the reports just read! I felt myself in each story. that company got my money I never was recieving any correspondence so thats why I got suspicious they never sent forms to sign or anything so I had to call them on that (STRANGE)then I gave them all this personal info (photo id)ETC. STILL NOTHING! so I opted to get out ,they after promises still never sent the proper papers so I had to put stop payment on my acct. waiting on a so called 11 hundred$$$ PCSCREEN never heard from them, that was suppose to be all they could refund me,

I had spam from them stating I needed to sign papers that came after I closed the account with a manager that promised to fax those papers several weeks before and the same day I cancelled. Its funny I had To put him on a speaker phone from my cell to prove that he was lying about faxed papers! just to name a few times of poor customer service. Some please do something I have no money to spare I'm a single mother of six children trying to provide the best I can. HELP PLEASE!!!
