I found a so called great deal in the local pennsysaver for a new computer for my fiance'. The perfect gift for him. I call the company, CEC Solutions. And they tell me that for just $99 down and $29.99 a month I can get a brand new Dell laptop computer shipped to me after five consecutive payments. I sent in the $99 as well as a copy of my paystubs, and my Id. I waited and paid and waited and paid. I was also promised a boost in my credit rate, and a Wii game system, and a mp3 player upon completion of the program.
After 5 months of shelling out nearly, $500, I received not a computer in the mail, but a letter saying I need to contact the credit deparment of their company. I do and they tell me that they need more identifying info off of me. My last months worth of paystubs, my Id and SS card. (All of which I sent in to them the first time they asked). And I asked to speak with their credit department. They told me this was impossible to do, because the credit department gets in touch with me not the other way around. I say this is getting ridiculous, and I was beginning to think this was a scam! I finally get a chance to look up the company online, and lo and behold, Theyre a ripoff!!!!!
