This is what circuitmicro wrote to me.
Circuitmicro is very UNPROFESSIONAL.
==========
Your probationary payments were returned to us unpaid, leaving you about a thousand Dollars shy, of getting the computer, furthermore putting you at default, which I am sure you knew about the payments, but never bothered took take the time or the effort to correct this.
The probationary payments are designed exactly for this reason, and we do not call you to tell you if they did not clear, since you should know about it, and be the one to call us and let us know when to correct the account. We do not chase people for their payments.
It is your responsibility, to make sure they are paid and paid on time.
This scenario gives us a good idea to whom we are dealing with, and if we are actually going to get paid on the rest of the loan.
If the customer can not keep up a total of 4 payments, the chances are about 99.99% that the account would be a first payment default.
Essentially we let the person hang them self's, if they can not track their funds and their checkbook.
At this time, I am not sure if it is not too late to save it from going into a judgment.
You can email us with what you want to do, and we can see what can be done. As of this point, the account has been written off and will be going to the final filing stage.
Also as a good gesture, to our finance director, you may want to retract your false complaint due to your non payment and get it in writing that this has been done, or most likely he will not have much sympathy regarding your issue.
Thank you

You seem to have been fine, getting through our email when it was time for delivery. In which by the way all of your message that were sent to us have been answered within 48 hours,
Further more you are acting as if you did not know you never paid the 3 payments, which I find very hard to believe, further you have had 3 months to make those payments, but not to my surprise the time we hear from you was only when you hoped for a free computer delivery was to take place, and not acknowledge the fact you did not pay. Also when you were told everything was OK, if you read the email, the payment was just ran the prior day, in which we would not have any idea if it cleared or not, but YOU would have been the first one to know. Didn't you find it a
little strange that we just ran the Payment, but it didn't clear. And then you expected us to deliver, without Payment? Even though and I'm sure your bank notified you of an unpaid item.
All your complaints and the rest of the complaints are made by individuals such as this, who did not meet their obligation, even though they signed? a legally binding contract.
I am sure that in your complaint you left out the small fact that you still owe a thousand dollars + Late Fees and NSF Fees before you can take delivery, since if you would have said so, it just wouldn't really sound much more then trying to get something for nothing.
Further more this is not open to discussion, threats you have made will not help you either. Bottom line is, you are in default, it's no ones fault but yours, even if you thing we should have had managed your checking account for you. and you thing it's our fault that you bounced your checks and then you tried to hide it and demand delivery of product, knowingly without paying for it. Sounds like fraud to me, unfortunately not by us, but by you. 2nd, we always help the individuals that threaten us with the up most priority, do to it's importance and will make sure your contract gets an expedited processing.
You may want to refer to your contract again, but at this point we Demand Payment in full, since your credibility with us to proceed and trust that you will make an additional 24 payments, IF you paid the delinquent balance is at it's absolute 0 at this time. Since We have seen nothing at this point, but cheap shots to get us to deliver something you did not pay for.
Sincerely
Staff
