I purchased an HP Pavillion ZD7030US Laptop from Circuit City and it has been trouble from the start. The port where the AC Connector plugs into recharge the unit keeps loosening up. It has been replaced many times but it keeps having the same exact trouble. Now the USB ports do not work and I can not get the unit to power up. The last time the repair held for a Whole 2 weeks, and that was sitting on the desk. Well I have tried to contact HP,and Circut cities extended warranty company. HP would not help do anything even though I had trouble with the unit during the warranty period and the extended warranty company tells me that I have no warranty on it even though I should have 3 more years that I paid for already!!!I am only 1 year into the warranty!!
