Compaq...NO TECH SUPORT?????

I BOUGHT A COMPAQ 5900Z 700 MHZ COMPUTER ONLINE AND SPENT 2400.00. I ORDERED IT WITH JUST A DVD PLAYER. WHEN I GOT IT,I INSTALLED MY HI-VAL WRITER , IT GAVE ME TROUBLE. SO I CALLED COMPAQ FOR TECH SUPPORT ON THIS. THEY TOLD ME SINCE I DIDNT BUY THE WRITER FROM THEM, THEY WANTED TO CHARGE ME 19.95... SO I WORKED ON IT MYSELF. THEY ALSO TOLD ME IF I BOUGHT THE WRITER FROM THEM, THEN THEY WOULD, TECH IT.. I BOUGHT A SONY CD-RW FROM THEM AND I INSTALLED IT . SAME PROBLEM.. SO I CALLED TECH SUPPORT AGAIN. WHEN THEY WANTED TO CHARGE ME 19.95 AGAIN I ASKED FOR THE SUPERVISOR. HE SAID HE WOULD CHARGE ME TOO. SO I BOUGHT A 2400.00 CPU THEN A 285.00 CD-RW AND THEY STILL WONT TECH SUPPORT IT...... I WILL NEVER BUY A COMPAQ AGAIN.......
