Purchased a Samsung 19" LCD Monitor, that was advertised on "Techbargains.com". The monitor was listed as new, $179.00, plus $20 to ship, with a 3 year warranty & a $30 dollar rebate. Arrived in a box, with the blow foam cushions,(not factory packed) retaped bags, no instructions, and the date was rubbed off the back panel of the unit...clearly a rebox/refurb, or just a used return... Contacted the company, and like all of the other responses noted...no help...just a ripoff. Do not buy from Compudirect, another foreign run rip-off, shell of a business laced with fraud!
