Computer finance LLC must hire the most least educated people they can find. I send my payments in way ahead of payment due date. first time they credited my payment to the wrong account #

I started getting collection letters and phone calls. not one person on the other end of that phone could find my payment. I even faxed them copies of the front and back of my cancelled check. It took them 28 days to finally post my payment.

Last month agian they did not credit my payment. Again I got copies of the front and back of my check, that by the way cost me 3.50 each time. Again faxed it to the idiots. started getting collection calls and letters even after I faxed them proof they cashed my check. started recieving letters demanding payment in full on the whole account balance.

Every day for 4 days I faxed them back the letters they were sending me along with agian the copies of my check. took them 28 days again to finally give me credit for a payment I made before my payment due date and I always pay more than my minimum payment.

My next step is to sue them for harrassing me for payments they recieved. truly this company has a very serious problem with there payment proccessing center. every person who is experiencing these types of problems should rise up against this lack of competance.
