Back on January 4, 2001 I bought two 56k modems and two monitors from Computerheadaches.com.The owner of the company Ed Powers, did send the modems via ups super fast. But here is the problem, I was told that the monitors will be here in a couple of days. Never got them! So I email Ed Powers several times and he would not respond to my emails.

I called he said the monitors were on there way. By the way the so called company is located in the Bronx, NY and I am located in Springfield, Ma. A two hour drive. So if you shipped something within this short distance It will not take a few days. So I asked Ed Powers for A refund. He promised that he will send the monitors. I told him that I do not want the monitors I want my money back. ($150.00) He said OK. I will send you the money via paypal. Never received the money.

Every week since January I have been lied to, "I am sending you money in a couple of days." "Next Friday" "I am Waiting on a check to clear my account" "Sorry, I had some extra bills to pay"etc.

Here it is March and I still do not have my 150.00 bucks! Stay away from computerheadaches.com Ed Powers.
