I think it is SO DISHONEST of Dell to insure you that you have a year without finance charges and then, the first day after your year is up, they hit you with this enormous deferred finance charges!! I realize that this is one of those "read the fine print" deals, but now I owe as much as I did one year ago with those damn charges!! How in the hell can this be legal?!! They have absolutely NO CUSTOMER SERVICE; they will NOT RESPOND TO A LETTER OF CORRESPONDANCE; I can't believe a company can stay in business and treat people so dishonestly. Something's got to be done!!

You're kidding right? What did you expect? Every store, company, etc, that I've ever heard of, that runs a promotion like this, WILL CHARGE INTEREST IF YOU DON"T PAY OFF THE BALANCE WITHIN THE ALOTTED TIME FRAME. Yes, even the day after...whats the rip off here?
